Pros
I am working in Commercial division, Which is better than films in all terms. Project and work culture wise. Artists get exposure and cross training, which helps Artist and Company both. Company is very active in sports and social events, you will have lot of fun through out the year
Cons
salary is low if compared to other company. Also annual appraisal is bad.
