8yAs a communications company, we pride ourselves on open and honest communication and invest heavily in our employee culture. The happiness and safety of our employees is our number one priority. Social gatherings (including occasional drinks with colleagues) are always optional, and it’s unfortunate that they were a negative experience for you. Livewire has an HR department and abides by the standards of its employee handbook that all staff read and sign. We regret that you did not inform us of your concerns while working with us.
