Pros

Ability to work from home

Cons

Unrealistic work load. If you are not working overtime and weekends you aren't working hard enough by managements standards. Management could not make a good decision if their lives depended on it. They have no backbone and cater to extreme requests and changes from clients. Management chooses to ignore issues until things blow up, causing absolute chaos and constant disorder. Employees are viewed as money makers instead of people. Employees are constantly strung out thin and burnt out so the company can make as much money from one person as possible. No communication No opportunities for advancement Low compensation for the stress and workload of the position Zero onboarding and training
