Remote work from Monday to Friday.
Cons
Constant headless chicken mode with respect to future projects and IT investments. Unrealistic timelines which only look good on paper. It's a revolving door for project managers. Lifelabs has not been able to unify the Toronto and Vancouver head office cultures. It's like working at 2 different companies.
