      Pros

      Excellent working enviroment, everyone from junior level to manager level is helpful and they take care of you. Lots of courses, qualifications and overall academic empowerment, You learn stuff you might never learn anywhere else. Working hours are not exceeded outside the busy season (usually from January to March), and there is additional payment for overtime. Extra benefits like a restaurant ticket, expenses for your car if you go to the client are also very good to have.

      Cons

      Workload is heavy, but should be expected. Salary doesn't upgrade a lot within the company. The necessary ACA qualification that is mandatory for you to partake is difficult. Dress codes can be

      Pros

      It might sound cliche but the Pro for me is the people that I work with. I'm lucky enough to be staffed in a team with great leadership. Managers are actually willing to coach junior members and be a real mentor. I very much appreciate their efforts.

      Cons

      Long hours and office politics. This is pretty basic and obvious for any public accounting firms. Every time a quarter end, year end, or a special filing is going out, you can expect 10-14 hour days. It might be fine in your early career but it gets really tiring after a few years.
