Pros
The management at jetblue preaches caring as one of their core values but does not uphold that value at all. There will be long days where you may not meet minimum rest requirements. They make poor decisions during irregular operations during bad weather or delayed air traffic control initiatives. Their lack of communication to customers during irops comes back to the employees that are customer facing. They need to do a better job. As far as work-life balance goes, you won't really have one if you are commuting. You will get in trouble for commuting issues during your probationary period, even if jetblue is the one delaying or cancelling your flight. It's really ridiculous to get in trouble for something out of your control. They have great flying benefits and airplanes but that is about it.
Cons
