I have been working at JetBlue full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Same perks as any airline except being that its smaller than the major airlines you accrue seniority in less time, so your time is worth more. Premium pay scale(overtime pay) so your overtime is where the money is at.

    Cons

Reserves are underpaid so your first year will most likely be financial struggle. Alot of Division between departments. Contract negociations in place. Profit sharing not so good
