    Pros

Great company that always took care of there staff, very fair and a lot of room for growth

    Cons

Pay structure is not as competitive with the majors, but if you exceed expectations this is made for with your bonus

    Advice to Management

Continue to build on the brand and offerings to your crewmembers

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JetBlue (Toronto, ON).

    Interview

I applied for the flight attendant position via their company site , a few days letter a questionnaire was sent for me to complete, a week later I was sent a video interview (which I had 7 days to complete and submit) .. these steps were pretty straight forward and simple. I just submitted mine today and await a response from recruitment. Best of luck to everybody applying! :)
