JetBlue takes the customer experience to exciting new levels delighting not just our customers, but our crew and our investor's. They have injected life and passion into an industry that needed a facelift and it's refreshingly satisfying to grow with and be a part of this new movement!!
Cons
There are no cons with the company, in general the airline industry can be challenging due to variables that cannot be predicted. Weather for example, or other aspects, but these things affect not just JetBlue but every airline.JetBlue handles it with professionalism mixed with TLC as some things just can't be controlled and we do the best we can to accommodate our customers and crew.
