Pros
The people who I worked with were excellent. This started from above and included most of the staff who reported to me. There were of course exceptions, but overall the culture was excellent.
Cons
long hours and early meetings. I would work a minimum of 55 hours/wk and commute. and I was required to often be on 7:00 am meetings. a bit rough sometimes.
