Pros

Only good thing is the annual CEO bonus of $750. Everything else is unpredictable & definitely not worth the risks, so stay where you are, don't join JP Morgan!

Cons

Truly an American firm - suck the life out of employees to keep the shareholders happy. Horrible Work-Life Balance (expect 12-14 hour workday) Petty politics at mid-higher level Managers treat people as machines who need to work continuously. They push people to automate tasks and then shove more work their way regardless of their interests Manager is very powerful, no 360 degree feedback appreciated by them. If you don't conform to what they ask you to do, you are screwed badly. Worst part is HR is used as henchmen to shove more work your way and they always side with the managers.

Pros

Top tier company with growth opportunity

Cons

The expectation to work 40+ or passed your normal shift as an exempt employee was common among peers and management.

Pros

The team was supportive and willing to answer questions. I gained practical experience in industry research, financial analysis, Excel, and data organization while working on real projects. Managers provided helpful feedback, and the internship was a good opportunity to understand how research and analytical work is completed in a professional environment.

Cons

Some assignments could become repetitive, especially data cleaning, database updates, and reviewing large amounts of information. Deadlines could also be tight during busy periods. Because the internship was relatively short, interns sometimes had limited ownership over longer-term projects.
