1. Worst managers and management, no one has any clarity on future roadmap 2. They won’t worry about work life balance they just want work to be get done. 3. Zero job security, any time so called media lover CEO can schedule all hands with ponds powder applied and call for the layoffs. 4. In the whole IT world I guess this is the only company who celebrates employees layoffs 5. Zero appreciation from the managers, if you are good and bucket holder to them then you will get good benefits. 6. I feel like company is running on our bonus amount because in bonus (variable pay) also they play politics. 7. I strongly advice always have the second thought before joining this political company
