1. recently layoff so many employees in a year two times. 2. frequently your manager will be changing, the team will be changing, and they do frequent org changes, due to that when year-end comes, it is difficult for us, every time we have to prove our worth in every team. 3. micromanaging sometimes, too many meetings in a day, in recent my team change.
