Eventhough higher management insist they were transparant as far as they were able about the buyout, many of us feel duped. With the recent changes, same thing - The goal set for the company is clear and ambitious and it certainly require a level of transformation that will leave more people behind, and not neccessarly by their own choice, regardless of their positivism or commitment. That is clear.
