      @ Informatica you can Put your Potential to work! The people you work with are mostly great and have in-depth knowledge about their area of expertise. You can grow your career by going the extra mile and your opinion is listened too.

      Cons

      Not yet a full pay for performance culture (outside of Sales), given the current market conditions this is something to consider for our Executive team.
