      Good work/life balance , less red tapism, good salary benefits, freedom to think and apply your ideas, company actually putting efforts towards making the company best place to work for.

      Cons

      I did not find any big negatives but would like to highlight that i feel there is less interaction among people around here. Less fun at work activities.
