Declining Work Environment - Senior Customer Success Manager Informatica Employee Review

Very heavy workloads!! Leadership does not seem to understand the day-to-day activities of their teams. Too many projects deployed by leadership that do not provide any long-term value and make for too much excess work for direct teams. Lack of concern for work/life balance and no real inspiration or motivation.
