      - Very good place for new engineers to learn and grow - They have processes and tools in place and a solid development pipeline - Really good people, with fun activities - Nice HQ with gym nearby. Volleyball tournaments are fun - Good environment and a helping culture - Really good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Comp is too low as compared to industry - Lots of junior developers which hampers the quality of code
