- decent wage (12.64/hr) - managers were very empathetic - 3 breaks if you worked over 6 hours (15 min, 30 min, 15 min) - easy to make friends
Cons
- stressful environment - customers were actually deemed the most self-entitled according to a survey - lack of freedom - constantly reminded of how our department was doing badly, which led to decreased motivation - felt like cash was often excluded from the interpersonal bonds between the other departments - Didn't get a bonus because according to them, our department was losing money
