  • Employee Discount(54 comments)

It's good to have a 15% employee discount especially if that one is a product with monthly IKEA family member price and you really want to buy it.

  • Health Insurance(16 comments)

Worst is the insurance company is difficult to deal with

  • Sick Leave(8 comments)

You can stay home if you are genuinely sick. Honour system.

Pretty good benefits for working at retails, e.g. 12 Personal/Sick days a year are quite generous. Even part-timers are eligible to some extend.

Current Cashier in Coquitlam, BC, British Columbia

Exceptional benefits in comparison to many companies. Includes impressive dental/health coverage as well as a health care spending account. What stands out is that part-time employees are included in the great benefits offered. After only 6 months of employment, all employees are eligible to receive a benefits package.
