      The benefits are amazing. Very European in that way. PTO time off, medical insurance, pet insurance, free life insurance, 15% off co-worker discount.

      Cons

      Work schedule is always changing. Difficult to get time off on holidays and weekends. Opening one day and closing the next is hard and trying to spend time with family who work a Monday-Friday shift is hard.
