      Pros

      Good products and thecompany that believes in sustainability.

      Cons

      Not enough hours to do run a successful department. Not enough full time staff. The good ones are part time and they quit when they realize there is no way they can have a career at IKEA.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
