      Pros

      Great company...good culture, wonderful people, environmentally aware.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover, clueless people making decisions for the store level in the service office, often not a lot of consistency on the way things are handled with coworkers...often who you know or are friends with changes the outcome of major decisions.
