Pros
The store is huge and has 350+ employees. Getting to know the employees was a good experience. Many different cultures within. Learning about Sweden and how the owner of IKEA built his policy of the stores as a comparative retail warehouse company.
Cons
Lack of training. Most of the training was done in the beginning but the rest was on the job experience.
