There are many ways you can move up in the company. You don't have feel stuck in a certain area. There are also many ways to learn more about your current or a future position and this additional education is greatly encouraged. The pay is above average for retail and as long as your performance doesn't drop, you can look forward to a raise every year. Benefits are among the best offered.
Cons
Even though you take all the training classes, sometimes your movement forward hinges on who you know. Another frustrating thing is that if you're not the kind of person to find information on your own, you will be kept in the dark.
