      Dishonest Managers Severe weather conditions. Had to opetaye in 100+ degrees in summer and near freezing in winter. Heat and cool the warehouse not just the offices please. Not right in here :/

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
