      Great pay compared to other retail jobs with similar expectations, great large staff lounge, sense of community with coworkers

      Cons

      Complaints are hardly acknowledged, customers can be pretty rude most of the time, often expected to handle entire departments alone. Management can be great or terrible depending on the position. Practically no sick time provided.
