      Work life balance is still very good

      Cons

      Currently there is an ongoing offshoring movement, and the location strategy (office mandated) is becoming stricter. The growth opportunities for an IC in Sweden may not be the best the coming 1-3 years.

      Great benefits. Very easy to accrue PTO.

      Cons

      Retail scheduling is inconsistent. You will need to have full availability every day. You will be working most weekends.
