The mid-level management is very bad, managers are often incompetent for the job they're doing. This affects all other areas within the company, both business wise and people wise. If you don't have ambition to grow and develop yourself in your career, this is a company where you can comfortably work for 20+ years. If you do want to develop yourself, I'd recommend to stay away. In my experience, the level of professional expertise of coworkers at this company is relatively low compared to other companies I've worked at.
