      They give you a beer/wine/cider/soft drink on every 4th Friday afternoon

      Cons

      If you like to be yelled at, humiliated, bullied, discriminated against and generally made to feel like a piece of crap, then this is the place to be. It's very much an English culture, from around the time of the Saxons.
