Pros
The training programme they offer to new Recruitment Consultants was hugely attractive to me, Hays as a company invest a lot in ensuring that all their Consultants are succesful. The team work mentality, and incentives/rewards for meeting targets and working hard motivates you to be as successful as possible. There is a real work hard play hard attitude at Hays.
Cons
The hours can be long sometimes, and it can feel like a bit of a rollercoaster, but that is the very nature of recruitment and inevitably it all pays off.
