Pros
I work from home as an Account Manager. Everyone I work with is great. We have Teams meetings and chats daily where anyone can ask how to do something and get a response quickly. They give raises and bonuses yearly. They start your pay out based on experience. I get 3 to 5 percent raises yearly and bonus can be anywhere from 1,000 up. Depending on how many clients u have revenue you bring in and the company has brought in. You get 2 weeks of vacation time, one week of sick time that rolls over and 1 floating holiday yearly. They also close the week of the Fourth of July yearly and you get paid for it without having to use your vac time. They have amazing training. They send you a new iPhone laptop and monitors etc. I couldn’t ask for a better job. Especially one that I can work from home as. They have fun activities they do during work hours and also have activities they do after work hours that you can participate in if you want to.
Cons
I don’t really have any cons. You do get a lot of clients and you have to be able to maintain working around 60-100 clients with most being bookkeeping. Some are only payroll and sales tax and some clients are all three. You will have an assistant to help but be prepared to handle most of them yourself.
