Pros
I have never had a manager/boss treat me with so much respect. The management always recognizes and rewards when employees go above and beyond. The pay is really competitive. Ive also worked in offices that were slower and offices that were busier and its always a really organized and comfortable work environment. During COVID management is being really careful to protect employees and being extremely understanding when it comes to missing work for anything covid related. My MTL is easily the nicest human being on this earth and always answers any questions (even by phone) quickly and nicely. Id love to stay with this company or even move up in the future.
Cons
No cons. Maybe that it's a seasonal position? but for some that's not a con and its mentioned throughout the hiring process, even on the application. I would however love to work here year-round.
