Good benefits compared ton other retailer, and most of co-workers are unitive, cuz the managers are usually not nice. errrr, i think, that'all??!!!
Cons
really hard work, and it seems you'd better not expect a relaxing day! you have to work late to finish all the work, actually you can't finish them at all, never, ever! there's rare motivation towards the sales advisor, little praise and encourage.
