Pros

The discount is very generous at 25%. Things can be picked up very easily, like the ancient cash machines where the scanners sometimes don't work and you have to type things in manually ( like sale items which don't come up automatically).

Cons

The management never gives positive feedback but are so fast to criticise and be rude. They show very little respect to employees and don't even think about trying to get days off - even if it's your birthday or sister's wedding. They just won't give it to you unless you book it, like two months in advance. Everything is very robotic with no thinking or creativity needed. Things become very boring and repetitive.

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
