Pros

For retail, they actually pay relatively well compared to other retailers. I was on £6.20 an hour which was above average at the time. It's very fast paced so if you enjoy being kept busy, it's great.

Cons

The employee structure is very flat so you find those who progress keep moving around in the same role before eventually moving up but this was relatively rare. As a part timer, it was almost impossible.

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
