Pros

- The hourly pay and benefits for full and part time associates are very good. - They off opportunities for growth within the company, and usually go internally before branching out. - There is no uniform. Minor dress code that is very tolerable. - Every day is different. So always learning something new.

Cons

- Management plays favorites. They choose people for promotions and tasks based on who they like more, not who is more competent or capable. - Disrespect is a huge issue among managers and associates. There is no censor in how certain supervisors speak to sales advisers. It's occurred on the sales floor in front of other sales associates AND customers. Very, very unprofessional and rude. No one should be spoken to like this especially with an audience. - Communication is lacking. People fail to explain correct procedures when asked, but criticize an individual for doing things the "wrong way". - Very fast-paced and overwhelming most of the time. - Almost always understaffed and when you're told to ask for help (on a regular basis). No one replies (going back to the communication issue). - Too much drama and gossip flying around the store.

Pros

Job had potential growth when company was in a healthy state, ability to move into different career paths internally, pay is competitive, discounts on clothes a plus

Cons

Company lacks ability to adapt and evolve with market which has resulted in poor sales, mass layoffs, constant restructuring of positions, putting people in positions with limitedexperience and setting them up for failure consistently, poor leadership, lack of accountability and ownership, bonus structure poor, work life balance non existent if you are in an operations role.
