      Pros

      Respect employees e.g. they wont force you to behave this and that like some Japanese retail company do, they wont force you to buy they on-season clothing They basically allow you to be "yourself" while working as long as its polite and appropriate Like the company values, and they are environmental friendly

      Cons

      Can be really tough during top season, this is what you can expect in retail the salary increase rate is low

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
