Cons
There are many cons if I will explain the list will go on. 1. Please do not join it's engineering team. There is no growth at all. 2. The experience you will get will not get used anywhere means anywhere in the world. 3. There are lots of in-house tools which have lots of bugs. Working on those tools is a difficult task. 4. Managers are very old they don't know anything they haven't upgraded themselves, as a result they don't know what is happening. 5. Rest softwares are legacy softwares which will not help your career growth. 6.Un realistic timelines for achieving any task. 7. Work pressure is huge. 8. Saying sorry culture, since there are lots of bugs in the tools so why the engineering person will say sorry for that who is not responsible for tools. 9. Please do not join HRS team, it is a complete nonsense. There is no IT standards. 11. Very bad engineering department. 12. Engineering department is like living in stone age.
