Pros

You get to work with some of the best minds in the country.

Cons

Uff.. senior management are double standards. Too much politics and drama. Zero flexibility to employees, WFH is a luxury. Micro-managent is widely accepted as firms culture. Ppl who licks manager boots gets a raise even though their work speaks otherwise. If you're someone who puts your head down and finishes the assignment will be cornered. You should have extra skills (IYKYK) to succeed. Firing employees is a piece of cake. I've seen ppl getting promoted and fired the following month. VP title may sound fancy but sometimes you are under payed than some Associates, Over-worked and no decision making authority. Employee benefits are bare minimum. Food in the cafeteria is expensive. Cab facility is offered but chargeble, The only thing free is the water, that too if you to get your own bottles/Mugs. Travel opportunity is zero. Employees who wish to pursue industry wide certifications are not entertained. Getting appreciation for the work is a rare achievement.

Pros

The firm encourages and supports to change teams, which is helpful in expanding experience or moving away if you aren't happy with your team

Cons

The promotion has become very opaque lately. They hardly give out promotions, but make you slog and overwork the whole year in the name of it. Basically, you have worked 200% and made to look like a fool by the end of the year.
