Hi there - thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
I'm pleased to hear that you find our compensation fair and that you appreciate the skills, support, and collaboration of your colleagues. However, I am truly sorry to learn about your concerns regarding management and the presence of burnout within your team. I agree with you that the primary responsibility of a manager should be managing and supporting their direct team; however, I also recognize that many of our managers are also asked to help lead, consult and/or advise on various OKRs and initiatives that might leave you wondering what makes up their day. I know you mentioned that you don’t feel your manager is engaged, and if you don’t feel as though you can approach them with your concerns, I would encourage you to reach out to your Director.
