For perspective, we pay above market average for the tech industry and according to employee reviews on Glassdoor, work-life balance is one of our strongest attributes, also above the tech industry average. For certain roles, our interview process can seem lengthy, but the intention with the process is to ensure the right match for both the candidate and the company. Glassdoor Economic Research has also found that a more robust interview process often leads to a better fit, where most employees stay longer too.
