Our teams have flexed their grit in transitioning to a full-time WFH setup, and we've had to be exceptionally innovative to continue moving our mission forward while adapting to the rapidly-changing jobs industry. We're glad to hear you have felt largely supported by our leadership and various support teams during the COVID-19 pandemic. Your feedback regarding innovation and execution is valuable to read. Thankfully, COVID-19 did not slow down Hack -- one of our most visible internal events that truly highlights the innovation that exists at Glassdoor. This year's virtual event was one of our best ever, and many of the winners and standouts from the event have had the opportunity to execute their concepts on our platform. Additionally, as conversations around improved D&I in the workplace have escalated around the country, we implemented a special task force to help our product teams develop several new tools that will be launched on Glassdoor this quarter and over the remainder of 2020.
