9yI agree, the engineers here really are great and they’re some of the most knowledgeable I’ve ever worked with. I can do a better job of saying that more often, and encouraging our leaders to do the same. The more we communicate, the better we can get at being open to new ideas and allowing for better cross team functionality. Regarding moving across teams, I feel like there is more team mobility than people think. I'd encourage you to speak to your manager or me, if you feel like you are not getting the opportunity you are looking for. Thanks for writing this review.
