      Pros

      This used to be a great place to work. Good work life balance

      Cons

      Change in IT leadership was a immature move. The entire culture changed with favouritism, irrational org changes and hierarchy . Most of the hiring is from non fmcg companies and offered to known people without any merit. Once a non political india organisation and now politics is embedded in hiring, promotions or internal movements.

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
