      Frequent layoffs, Large - meaning recordable, small meaning a few folks here & there. need to have a manager that will support your growth

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
