Pros
Strong company culture, fantastic brands, so many career opportunities with a company this size. Beautiful headquarters building. A company that appears to be making strong acquisitions and divestures.
Cons
Company morale is in the tank right now. It's like starting over with so many people laid off that I have worked with for 10 plus years. Great company with room for advancement IF you want to be in Minneapolis otherwise you can top out early in your career.
