Pros
They have a beautiful campus, and spend a lot of time, money and energy on employee development. The company has a rich history and they do a lot of good to help the communities where they work through employee volunteer programs, cause marketing campaigns that donate millions, and through their community giving programs and the General Mills Foundation.
Cons
As with any public company profits drive decisions so it sometimes lacks soul and doesn't always do the right thing even when that is one of the values they try to live up to.
