*Great training when you first get on the job - they are really focused on developing you *Lots of visibility with senior management, and the ability to network with others *Surrounded by people who love their job, and in turn, you love to be at work. Always willing to help you out and truly care about your development *Best benefits/compensation when compared to similar positions
Cons
*The way they promote you is pretty rigid, and isn't very flexible (you are expected to stay within a position for a set amount of time before being able to move on to your next role) *Their locations aren't always ideal and are somewhat limiting
