Very poor HR capability in Asia. Not treat employee in ethical manner. I was there for 22 months. 6 out of 22 monthly payroll was made either less or late. When I resign, HR tried not to pay prorated IVR even though it has been made clear in my employment contract that IVR should be paid prorate in the case of resignation.
